Hikarigaoka Campus offers a multigrade kindergarten for students 3-5 years old, primary education for Grades 1-6, and a middle school program for Grades 7-9 to a student body of over 570. Our vibrant campus is located in Nerima City, northwest of Tokyo’s 23 wards, just 30 minutes from downtown Tokyo and a 15-minute walk from Hikarigaoka Station on the Oedo Line. The campus features open-plan classrooms, a sports pitch, a pool, and a gymnasium, all designed to enrich the educational journey.

Students are empowered to become creative thinkers and confident leaders through collaborative teamwork, personalized instruction, and student agency. They engage with complex questions, learning through transdisciplinary units that bridge various subjects. We integrate technology to enhance student learning, while our dedicated teachers skillfully balance student-led inquiry with explicit instruction. Our after-school extension programs further cultivate collaboration and provide valuable opportunities for students to explore their interests and develop new skills.

Additional services to families include a bus service for the Early Years students throughout Tokyo with many convenient pickup locations, and a healthy, fresh lunch program cooked on site by Cezars Kitchen, in our halal-certified facilities, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
